What You'll Be Doing

  • Own day-to-day administration of the company's 401(k) retirement plan
  • Manage participant eligibility, enrollments, rollovers, loans, hardship withdrawals, and record maintenance
  • Serve as the primary liaison with Fidelity and other external partners
  • Perform bi-weekly employee data uploads and maintain ADP-to-Fidelity integration accuracy
  • Reconcile payroll deductions, retirement contributions, and participant records
  • Coordinate and support Form 5500 preparation, review, and filing activities
  • Assist with annual audits, compliance testing, and fiduciary requirements
  • Prepare documentation and reports for auditors, advisors, and internal leadership
  • Coordinate 401(k) committee meetings and track action items

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of 401(k), retirement plan, or benefits administration experience
  • Experience working directly with Fidelity or another retirement plan recordkeeper
  • Strong knowledge of ERISA, Form 5500 reporting, and retirement plan compliance
  • Experience with payroll reconciliation, contribution remittance, and audit support
  • Familiarity with ADP or similar payroll systems
  • Strong Excel, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and quickly step into an active retirement plan environment

Ideal Background

We're especially interested in candidates who have managed retirement plans for a corporate HR or Benefits team and can confidently own plan administration with minimal training.
